We wrote to you last week to advise that we will be performing a series of upgrades to the Tungsten Network.
While the majority of this work will not result in any service interruptions, we will temporarily take the platform offline between 0800 BST and 1600 BST on Saturday September 26 (tomorrow) and Saturday October 17.
The Tungsten Network Portal will not be accessible during this offline period, and any transactions submitted by users of Tungsten’s Integrated Solution will be queued for processing once the platform is back online.
We have communicated this to your buyers on the Tungsten Network and will notify you once the work is complete.
