According to MTP 2016-2020 workshop arranged by SKC which will occur from 14-16 May, we would like to have SKL's internal workshop for preparation on 30 April 2015. The details of SKL's internal workshop is below.

MTP Workshop (SKL)
Purpose: 1) Review and propose SKL vision and mission
2) Prepare key Strategies for MTP 2016-2020
Date: 30 April 2015
Time: 9.30-16.00
Place: To be confirmed
Participants: MD, Division Managers, Department Managers, AO Managers, some assistant Managers/staff (only members who are invited in this email)
Workshop style: debate and team brainstorming

In order to have fruitful and effective workshop, please kindly prepare the following items.
1) Review current company vision and mission and your MTP in previous year
2) Review current strategies and action plan of your department/division. Point out current concerns/risks in your operations.
3) Your answers/thoughts for these following questions/items
3.1) What do you want to see SKL in the next FIVE years? in term of...
- Business growth/direction/position (ex.expand branches, go regional, new products etc.)
- Service to customers (branches, call center, checker)
- Internal operation to support service (AO, CA, Collection&legal, Finance and Accounting, IT)
- HR (organization structure, mindset&culture, skills etc.)
3.2) Major strategies/actions to achieve goals in no. 3? What are the major key concerns/risks which fail the goal?
3.3) Prioritize key strategies/major risks
