Debrief players. List the four team development
stages on a flip chart and ask players to identify
other behaviors that might be characteristic of each
of the stages. Discuss what might be the
appropriate role of the team leader or facilitator
dUring each of the stages. Come up with ideas for
preparing team members for the problems that frequently
occur in the "storming" stage. Ask
participants to come up with strategies teams
might use to advance themselves from one
developmental stage to another.
