There are a few tricks to pouring gelatin onto a surface or substrate that will help
you minimize the bubbles and remove lumps. First and perhaps most obvious,
be sure you’re working on a level non-stick work surface. It’s also important to
pour the gelatin mixture when it’s still about 100 degrees. If it’s any cooler, it may
not flow evenly across the panel; if it’s any hotter, the adhesive on any tape you’re
using will release.
