Keep all key information of the section available to all staff: updated quotation, procedure, guideline, contacts etc…
Make suggestion for improvement to the Dept Manager (job organization, staff training, carrier usage etc…)
Act as a role model to junior staff. Ensure they are well integrated in the team and trained.
Responsible for the profit of the files of the section: ensure all jobs are closed with a profit and set up action plan with the dept Manager if any issue
