The research is actual and opportune as managers should have the ability to provide the conditions to increase the level of employees’ motivation, in the context of the human resources management changes. Thus, the current study is an applicative research and identifies those organizational climate factors which could provide the enhancement
of employees’ motivation. Moreover, the utility of the current research paper is also shown in the light of identification of organizational climate factors which action on employees’ activity and create motivational forces in their work.
