Fatty acid methyl esters were isolated
and identified using an Agilent Technologies 7890 GC System
(Agilent Technologies, USA) equipped with a BPX70 capillary column
(120 m × 0.25 mm internal diameter, 0.25 mm film thickness, SGE Analytical
Science, Australia), a flame ionization detector (FID), an Agilent
Technologies 7693 auto sampler, and a split ratio of 50:1. The injection
volumes, temperature sequences, and flow rates followed the protocol
of Conlan et al. (2014).
