Position will drive incremental
profitable sales into existing accounts from new categories
Support renewal of existing business
and increase the profitability of business through selling new business to current accounts
Supports sales efforts targeted at potential new and renewal accounts
determine appropriate product to position to brokers / customers on behalf of Account Executive
Prepares proposals for renewal and additional sales
Research, analyze and identify root causes of complex service issues for brokers and customers
Direct dedicated functional experts on corrective action steps / issue resolution to ensure end to end resolution of the issues
Lead, direct and conduct enrollment
