It is strange that the agenda must be generated by the customer. SGS need to audit to WQA standard so they must know how many hours and people are required to make appointment otherwise they don’t know to make 1 day or 1 week for the audit. Also they have already been to SP1 3 or 4 times for the same audit already in the past 3 or 4 years so they must have some idea of what they intend to do. Assume they will come with agenda when they arrive.
