Dear Management team,
I have recently booked a room on Intimate Hotel through booking.com for two nights, 1st to 3rd of Feb.
After completing this booking I requested, also through booking.com, an early check-in for the 1st of Feb, request that was denied by you. I understand my request may be out of standards as my arrival time to the hotel would be 6-7AM on the very same Feb 1st, but I'm mailing now directly to you with the hope you might reconsider your initial answer.
The reason for making this unusual request is that the flight I'm taking arrives to Bangkok airport at 4:00AM. I'm sure you can imagine that after such a long flight (more than 10 hours) I really need to have some rest, hence the need of such an early check-in request.
As I said previously I'm aware this is not an usual petition and I would understand an extra charge will be applied, with which I'd agree always than that extra charge is fair for both parts.
