I simply need some evidence on issues that occur on the training environment so I can address this back to Incadea and they’ll have to deal with it.
-users that cannot log in for whatever reason (screenshot)
-users that get knocked out because their account is used by another user (maybe on pilot team, so we have double up)
-any errors that occur otherwise (screenshot).
I do not need a formal blog, if you like to put it together as suggested is fine, but in this case it’s more to drive the action than to precisely monitor the issues.
