However, due to the changes of personnel, the new person in-charge was a bit confused on how to proceed as she was looking for the warranty bond.
Until, the end-user explained to her that there was no warranty bond. And that all documents that she has including the certification are good enough to request foreign remittance to the Head Office.
Last week, the papers were already forwarded to the Treasury Dept. of San Miguel.
And today, as I made a follow up, it is already on process and hoping that it will be made up to the end of the week.
