Best Buy Marketplace Seller,
Attached report (BBY MP One Seller Report - Data and Images Required - Seller Name - Date.xlsx) includes all products that have been selected from your assortment by Best Buy to be sold on BBY Marketplace. This report has two major purposes highlighted in below two points.
1. Get content/images for pending products
The first purpose of this report is to notify you about products Etilize has not been able to aggregate all the content from manufacturer websites to complete the listing. As a result, we are asking for your assistance to provide any missing data or images. All below mentioned tabs within this report represents:
1.a. Need Images Only: Products mentioned in this tab requires images only. You can provide images in attached content template "BBY_Marketplace_Generic_Content_Template" with images URL under column "Main Image Link" with reference to UPCs and any additional views for product are also acceptable under columns "Image 2 to Image 6". You can also provide us compressed file with images having file name as UPC codes in case if URLs cannot be submitted under content template.
1.b. Need Content & Images: Products mentioned in this tab requires both content and images. You can provide content and images in attached generic content template "BBY_Marketplace_Generic_Content_Template".
· If products are related to "Cellphone/Tablet/Notebook etc... Cases and Skins", you are requested to fill attached specific content template "BBY_Marketplace_Specific_Content_Template_(For_Cases-&-Skins)"
· If products are related to "Computers - Notebooks/Desktop Computers/All-in-one Computers/Tablets etc...", you are requested to fill attached specific content template "BBY_Marketplace_Specific_Content_Template_(For_Computer_Domain)"
1.c. Need Content & Images - Bundles: Products mentioned in this tab requires both content and images for "Bundle" products. We are reliant on the seller to provide the bundle content for these SKU's to be completed. You can provide content and images in attached content template "BBY_MarketplaceBundles_Content_Template"
1.d. Need Missing Required Attribute: Products mentioned in this tab requires missing attribute information ONLY. You can provide this information in the column adjacent to missing attribute name.
2. Keep you informed about products submitted to BBY marketplace
This report keeps you notified about products submitted to BBY marketplace which are mentioned under tab:
2.a. Submitted to BBY: All products mentioned in this tab have been submitted to BBY marketplace with full content and images. Please be sure that all mentioned products have inventory and pricing added to them.
Important Notes:
· All completed content files can be submitted to email address bbyi@etilizepak.com for processing.
· If you have your own content/data file and would like to supply, we would be happy to accept that as well. That content file also has to be emailed to bbyi@etilizepak.com. In case if content file is large in size and cannot be emailed, please contact Aimee Van (Aimee.Van@gfk.com) for assistance.
· Please pay special attention to the product condition when completing the content files as in some cases you might find that both conditions have been selected and we need the product condition that you sell called out for us in the content files you submit.
· These reports will be emailed each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you would like to opt out of receiving these reports, please notify Aimee Van (Aimee.Van@gfk.com) and she will have you removed from the distribution list.
· If you have supplied the content to email bbyi@etilizepak.com previously for these products, please note that our production team is currently working to complete the SKU's and no further action is needed. Once again, you can always check the progress of products exported to BBY on report "Submitted to BBY" tab.
