we have 2 serious problems. my nerve damaged hands cannot take the pain of looking up your invoice,either electronically or in hard copy. 2nd is your terrible english. i don't think you are understanding any messages i have sent. if you need a refund,please open a case,and i will respond immediately. if you have waited more than 60 days,and cannot open a case, i think then that your english is not sufficient to be on ebay.please get someone to translate this message for you,if you do not understand it.
