Our focus is DSC employed people; therefore only DSC contracted staff needs to be included in the headcount. All events should only include permanent DSC Employees, i.e. those that are on the DSC Payroll. This does not include Temporary (ad-hoc), Agency, Customer or Contract workers.
Overheads should be included in the headcount. Usually overheads will be allocated to a country Head Office. Where needed, an additional Logics entity can be created to allocate Overheads.
DSC employees during maternity/paternity leaves or unpaid leaves need to be included. Only in the cases where they do not return to the work place after the absence, they should be taken out from the headcount.
