1) Acquisition of information on orders
(1)The sales department and other departments get information on orders from customers.
(2) Information can be obtained directly as well as indirectly.
Below are different ways to get information.
① Oral communication
② Documents or samples from customers
③ Telephone, fax machine, or e-mails
④ Visit customer's company
2) Combining information
The sales department combines information obtained by different departments and organizes it
in the receipt list.
3) Confirmation of customers' requirements
The person in charge in the sales department checks customers' requirements.
Below are requirements that need to be checked
(1) Requirements on quality and technology
(2) Payment date and expected unit price
(3) Also check additional requirements for process using telephone, fax and emails or
visit the customer if needed.
4) Reporting
Check obtained information and customers' requirements, organize them, and report them
to the approver.
5) Organizing
Collect opinion of the approver.
6) Review of contract
(1) Review customers' requirements.

Review technological details, manufacturing SPEC, work environment, A/S, and P/L.
②Delivery date
Review lead time for raw materials and subsidiary materials and production capacity
such as number of workers, equipments, outsourcing quantity, and current total production.
③Price
Review customers' suggestions and terms of payments
④ Others
Review attached materials in addition to the contract.

7) Reporting
Organize the contract and other reviewed items and report them to the approver.
