We pay every staff 1500B/month for transportation. If he/she wants to commute to the office by car even when the use of car is not scheduled, should we allow it? As long as the parking space is available, I think it is OK. But in this case the monthly transportation allowance should be deducted or none as the company pays for the parking lot. This must be considered from the point of view that the company must treat every staff equally.
