However, it appears that very limited literature has been reported to study the synthesized influence of traffic development and management on macro traffic safety level and traffic deaths growth the past research was found to focus on studying correlation of road traffic safety level (i.e. traffic deaths, traffic injured and the mortality rate per ten thousand vehicles) with some macro factors, especially the four main factors (GDP, population, vehicle park and roadway lane-miles) which being paid much attention by traffic administration worldwide. Moreover, some research exists for looking at the relationships between road traffic fatalities and micro factors, such as weather, road condition and traffic accident severity in china under joint efforts of traffic development and management.
