The healthy isn’t abundantly important for human in the past .But, in the past don’t have a problem of environmental pollution. Therefore people in past have a good healthy and long life.
Now we have an environmental pollution. Absolutely this contamination have an affect on heal of human.
Environmental have much source of problem but it has the main cause in 2 topic .
First the population growth because this problem have high of requirement for food, resource . Then it is invoke from contamination and the shortage of natural resources.
Second economic & technology growth because when the economic can growth up . It is result for manufacturing .In the same way the high of technology have affectof natural resources because this technology can help human to use more than of resources . Of course , this problem can effect to environment and this can effect to human healthy .
So if you want a good health . You should do this.
1.) You should be cheerful Because your smile can help your mind to happily.
2.) You should relax sometime after your work and look for something you like to do .
3.) You should drink water at least 1 liter for 1 day.
4.) You should sleep at least 6-7 hour for 1 day .
5.) You should exercise at least 30 minute Ex. Running , Swimming , Boxing ,Cause it isn’t help your health but it can help you to be relax .
6.) If you have a holiday , you should travel in province on sometime for add the happy experience in your life.
Finally the way for long life is take care of yourself and you shouldn’t serious in everything in your life. When you can let oneself on something .you should do this .Then you will known that more happythan .
