What is a Company Profile?
A Company Profile may be compiled to suit any particular purpose.
When it includes financial plans it would be called a business plan. But many business people are not aware that a company profile may be complied to serve other purposes, such as to facilitate the communication between a company and its clients or suppliers.
Of course, depending on the method of operation, a company profile would not suit the need of all situations. So, what type of company would find a Company Profile to be useful?
Companies that are in the position that their prospective client incoming enquiry call-rate is high (such as is the case for a guest house/conference venue business operation) and, consequently, much time is spent (wasted) on the telephone explaining the different aspects of your operation.
Further, a supplier that is called upon to periodically supply products to your company may benefit from receiving notification of changes within the company that affect their communication with your company.
