In my opinion,Effects of going to bed late with us very seriously .First,A shorter life,
that is the body of people need to catch a good night's sleep at least 7-8 hours when people have
a little time to sleep,the body weak and many disease may occur.Next,there is a risk of an accident,
beacuse people lie a wake most of the night early ,so when driving a car,adidas will be lethargic, so
symptoms may result in an accident.Finally,fat,people do not sleep enough are more likely to have greater
weight than people who sleep adequate since our body don't get adequate rest will be easy hunger.
In conclusion,if we don't want this problem,this should go to bed from 9 p.m. and should rest for
at least 7-8 hours.
