1. User will check the “Waive” check box or enter the amount in “Waive Amount” column equal or less to the limit that is defined against logged in user
2. System will check the waiving limit configured against logged in user in the system and if that limit is exceeding from the entered amount then system will stop the user with the error message.
3. System will also verify the Waiving Date limit against logged in user in the system and if waiving date is greater than the configured date then system will stop the user with the error message
4. System will verify the waive limit of the contract and if waive amount more than the configured waive amount then system will stop the user with the error message
After the system verifed 4 above steps ,it will show the entered amount in the “Waive Amount” field and copy the processing date in the “Waived date” field.
