I understand that recently our performance as a seller on Amazon.com has order defect rate is higher than the goal of less than 1%. I believe there are reasons this has happened :
1. Communication problems, because the customer did not read and does not respond to my email notification make the customers do not know the problem and misleading.
2. Transport problems because delays tracking number and errors in shipping from transport company.
I believe it is mainly because of our inadequate communication that we have recently seen an increase in customer A-Z guarantee claims which has resulted in our order defect rate exceeding the performance target of
