I understand that sometimes change can be a scary proposition and I acknowledge we are going through a lot of change at the moment, but change we must. Currently we are forecasting Year End figures of approx. USD 2.8 million, that is not enough to sustain our busy in its current format.
I identified a need to restructure, one area of which is the Internal Sales process. Currently we have no defined sourcing strategy or visibility on current success rates. To assist with this I have asked Pawana to step into a supervisor role and with the knowledge of Thanaporn and Tayamon develop new systems and process to deliver the required change.
It is obvious that initially the Internal Sales Teams interactions will increase, but I would hope as we move forward collectively, assisting each other where possible as a team the processes will be reduced and therefore result in a more efficient and effect team. Together we will make this business a success.
