Can I be honest?
I don't want to appear on reddit at all.
It doesn't make sense you obviously believe anyone else more.
I have never lied to anyone (of course, as anyone else I can be mistaken, or the plans for future can have changed), but what's the point?
Dataminers (which can mine only data change, not code change, and data doesn't work on it's own), random person who say we increase items price to only put it on sale (just because they think so), or just anything at all.
Why would we want to make ANY change hidden (except for obvious cheat-detection)?
That can happen, unintentionally, but why should we want to?
We fixed visual representation of RP gains (and made a blog about it), but once dataminer find it - it is obviously a "ninja nerf".
Just to clarify ALL RP are calculated on server and on server ONLY.
There is NO way people can datamine our real nerf/up of RP gain if we would made one.
What they can datamine is ONLY visual changes (what is shown in debriefing screen to clarify how RP are calculated).
Should I ask team to make RP to be always constant (say, 1000) for some user (since it is fixed number) and you will try to datamine that change or will you trust me it is so?
