Actually we have already told him that we are on the process to develop something and the software will be released very soon but he cannot wait. I don’t know if the information from Janet will be helpful or not even though the expected date to release software will be provided.
This customer ever send the unit to us 3 times in March, September and the latest issue on October. All 2 previous issues come along with the different problem and we already solved. You can see that the customer never bring the unit back to us until September. What do you think about to deal with this case ?
