Caffeine May Reduce Risk of Erectile Dysfunction
Research shows that daily consumption of caffeine may reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction.
In the study, men who consumed 171-375 mg of caffeine daily were 39 percent less likely to report erectile dysfunction. Those who drank 85-170 mg per day cut their risk of ED by 42 percent.
Reseachers also found "the same correlation in obese and overweight men, as well as men with high blood pressure, but not in those with diabetes".
