2) Informed. The client receives sufficient infoonation in a clear manner to comprehend the matter to be decided. Sufficient infoonation refers to the amount of information a reasonable person requires prior to making a decision.
3) The consent is voluntary. Consent is obtained without coercion or pressure on the client to make the decision; he or she acts freely
