All devices support mixed configura

All devices support mixed configuration with IEC 61850-9-2 LE and conventional CT and VT interfaces. This is used, for
example, in transformer differential protection applications with NCITs on the high-voltage side and conventional CTs and VTs on the low-voltage side, as shown in the diagram above.
