season, but in since i came for my cooperative education last May, high occupancy

the high season again.
With the remain number of staff, they have to work extra and it’s inevitable
that sometimes some staffs need to work overtime. It is becoming an ongoing
problem if this problem always happen. So, i am thinking about how to increase
the effectiveness and the efficiency of time management in the workplace, focusing
in the Malati restaurant and the Bakery departement. Malati restaurant serves
Royal Thai food and Indian food, which attracks the guests’ attention more
because most of the guests are Indian and even some guests from other country,
they would like to try Thai food while they stay in Thailand. While bakery is
having a vacancy at the moment because some staff has resign and they have
a lot of job to do every single day. I try to develop some ideas that could help
them to manage a better working time and avoid ongoing overtime.
