Key Accountabilities:
To supervise a team of messengers to handle day–to-day errands in department.
To distribute daily work to messengers and ensure that all work are accomplished.
To solve any problems related to the messenger service.
To coordinate with external and internal customers in arranging the delivery or collection of documents.
To follow-up with external and internal customers to ensure all documents are available to meet the operational schedule.
To support other department in document pick-up and delivery.
To provide administrative support such as office service etc. in Administration Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any fields, with at least two years working experience.
Good communication and coordination skill.
Good command of English & Thai.
Highly organized, result-oriented, Problem solver.
Be above to work under high pressure.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
