We have some questions as below to support annual facility review ka. Appreciate if you could help response to the questions.(Please let me know when we can call to talk na ka. 1) Why sales decreased from THB 112m in FYE12 to THB 100m in FYE13?
2) Gross profit margin (sales - cost of goods sold) dropped from 38.1% in FYE12 to 37.6% in FYE13, why? Is this because of THB appreciation?
3) As we were advised last time, the Company planned to change its warehouse from Petchkasem to Bangna area. Has the Company moved its warehouse yet?
4) Please confirm/update following information;
- Key products are pigment for paint and industrial (60% of total sales), pigment for ceramic color (30%) and pigment for decorative glass & automotive (10%)
- Products are 50% imported from group companies in UK, Holland, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong with 30-90 days credit term, and 50% imported from Logwood Pigment Company (UK) with 30-60 days credit term.
- Sales are 100% made locally to third-party customers with 30-90 days credit term.
- Top-five customers are TOA Paint (Thailand), Mahaphant Fibre, Royal Ceramic, Royal Porcelain and Thai Ceramic. Sales to these top-five customers account for around 30% of total revenue.
5) Please provide actual year-to-date figures and budget figures of Sales / Gross profit margin / Net profit after tax.
