Resonance is a powerful phenomenon where a system will
oscillate greater at some frequencies as compared to other
frequencies. The lowest frequency at which a system tends to
oscillate vigorously is called fundamental frequency, natural
frequency or resonant frequency while the other resonant
frequencies are called harmonics frequencies. In nature, all
objects and structures have their resonant frequency, so does
earth. Earth has a resonant frequency of 7.83Hz, called
Schumann resonance [1, 2]. However, the resonant frequency
for some objects can be significantly damped to a level that it is
almost undetectable.
