We have raised a complaint in our system for the miss match in the lot #s on the COA and the actual shipment. To resolved this issue we need some more pictures of the product label.

The pictures you sent only show the lot number written on the outside of the stretch wrap. We need to see the product label inside the stretch wrap (the one with the barcode) on the pallets.
