A more detailed explanation of the vehicle routing problem can be
seen in Peng and Wang (2009), and also in Jaramillo (2010). The objective
function we want to minimize in this case is the sum of the total
green performances of the network. The scheduling of delivery vehicles
by logistics operators on routes in urban areas is set out as a problem of
optimizing the parameters of the environment, health, use of space and
logistics operating costs. The solution to the problem is proposed using
theTSDSM,asseeninFig. 1. When carrying out the strategy for scheduling
the green capacity of logistics operators, the TSDSM takes into account
four parameters, which are broken down into a total of 13 criteria.
The green capacity of logistics operators assumes the use of environmentally
friendly vehicles. The TSDSM is carried out in three phases.
