• Periodically review the GOM to ensure its contents and information are accurate and up-to-date;
• Ensure necessary information, documentation, forms, labels and tags are available at the points of use;
• Disseminate immediate and continuous information to all staffs of changes in operational procedures;
• Conduct meetings with passenger services personnel to enhance communication, build team spirit and elevate job performance;
• Developing and implementing Company standards, processes and
procedures for cargo operations;
• Nominating, and negotiating with, subcontractors to provide cargo handling services;
• Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all operational activities adhere to safety guidelines; and
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director, Ground Operations.
