3.4. Determination of the inhibition type of compounds on neuraminidase
The inhibition mechanism of the enzyme by compounds was determined from the relative affinity for influenza virus (H1N1) NA (Fig. S.4 in Supplementary data). The inhibition of the tested compound was reversible because increasing of the inhibitor concentration rapidly decreased enzyme activity (Dao et al., 2010). The double reciprocal Lineweaver-Burk and Dixon plots were used to further study on inhibition mode (Fig. 4).
