Founder Matthew Kenney’s plant-based raw foods cuisine one- or two-day courses commence on October 17, 2015. The curriculum is centered on the use of whole, organic, unprocessed plant-based foods.
Intensives are in-depth and are held for one or two days over a weekend. Courses are structured to provide students new techniques to achieve healthy, aesthetically refined and flavorful cuisine for daily diets. They will be enabled to execute and innovate raw and cooked plant-based cuisine at home, such as Everyday Raw Detox, Essentials of Raw Cuisine, Gourmet Raw, Raw Cheese, Chocolate & Desserts, Weekend Detox, Raw Pasta & Sauces and Introduction to Raw Dessert.
Saturday classes are held from 1 pm to 6 pm and Sunday classes operate from 10 am to 3 pm.
The tuition fee is from THB 8,000 to THB 15,600 net per course. Special tuition fees for multiple course enrollments are available.
Students are loaned a set of knives and a kitchen apron as well as having the use of specialist equipment. Each student has their individualized workstation which allows them a “hands-on” learning experience.
