Article 4: Breach and Irreparable Harm
4.1 The parties accept that any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by any party could cause irreparable harm and injury to the other parties and that money alone would not be sufficient to redress the non-breaching parties. In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by any party, the other parties shall be entitled to injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction and the breaching party shall reimburse the other parties for any costs, claims, demands or liabilities directly arising out of such breach.
4.2 The parties acknowledge that some or all of the Material and the information referred to in Article 3 above are or may be price sensitive information and that the use of such information may be regulated or prohibited by applicable legislation relating to insider dealing and the parties undertake not to use the Material for any unlawful purpose.
