(b) Annual Leave: a maximum of eighteen (18) working days per year of service to be taken on full pay at a time suitable to the Company. Annual leave may not be taken during the probationary period. The Company will not compensate the Employee for annual leave not taken, except on termination of this Contract when the Company will pay the Employee salary in lieu of annual leave lawfully accrued up to the date of termination. The number of days of annual leave shall be increased by one (1) additional day by every three (3) years of employment completed.
