Roles & Key Accountability:
Work with cross functional team to deliver process engineering solutions to translate scientific concepts to tangible products
Investigate, design & implement new or optimized process engineering solutions for product, processes and packaging project in compliance to norms and regulations
Contribute to ideation by scouting and testing new technologies for multi-product and multi-business applications
Manage Process Projects from lab, pilot plant and build robust solutions for industrial scale-up
Develop and maintain Food Process Engineering competences at Global Innovation Center in collaboration with R&D network.
Education Background and Professional Experiences
Degree in process engineering with min. 7 years of process engineering experience in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Knowledge in designing food technologies in compliance with safety, health, environment, hygiene and quality requirements
Previous practical experience in implementing new technologies in R&D or Operations is a plus
Exposure to multi-disciplinary teams, link with product & process development and industrialization
Collaboration with external partners, universities, leading laboratories in technology & engineering
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
