USA).
As usual, please apply for a Return Material Authorization (RMA **) in the Metrohm Partner eShop see
below example. You will then note the address of Metrohm Herisau in the customs invoice document.
The RMAs from Canada and Mexico will be directed to Metrohm USA, Tampa, where a parallel recertification
service is maintained, exclusively for the US, Canada and Mexico markets. We kindly ask
you to indicate in your request the serial number of the standards submitted.
 The re-certification in Herisau will take 2 working days, starting upon receipt of the standards in
the Herisau premises. Please chose in the RMA between the following options
a. Delivery by courier service
(re-certification taking 2 working days and delivery on day 3; freight will be charged at
actual cost) or
b. Delivery with next regular shipment
 Example:
1. RMA ** for 67450000 NIRS Refl. Standards
2. In the RMA order from Herisau we add a second item and charge you 67450005 NIRS
Recertification of 67450000 according to our price list
3. You charge locally your customer for 67450005 NIRS Recertification of 67450000 according
to your price list
