IDENTIFY A CUSTOMER’S SOCIAL STYLE
It is important to think of the “clues” and “cues” when you try to
identify your customer’s style.
The “clues” and “cues” for each social style can be in term of
following:
• How they use words
• The pace of their speech
• The tone of their voice
• How well they listen
• How they like to be handle
Then you can identify and adapt your style to one that is
most compatible with customer’s.
