oh, good to know! I was worried when I looked at some of the exercises-that my calves will get rather more muscular. I really dont need this. I am a genetically born bodybuilder. Other woman would probably eat anabolika and drink protein drink to have such an extreme muscle-growth..that I have naturally. I only want smaller and finer structured calves...So great you mention your personal experience with these work outs! I give thanks to you-awesome!
