I understand your present position , first you can go to Maputo hospital for treatment your son so I accept but our company have employee rules which I follow it as:
1. We will count actual working date on this month for calculate your salary.
2. We will keep status your employee until probation period ( 90 day ) ,after that we will evaluation your job.
3. When you are ready to back to work which I give on probation period only.
