I have heard back from some of you regarding the task which have been resolved. Please see the below schedule
1) Please go ahead and upload the rates in SynXis as per the instructions and SOP
2) Company profile will be added to the rate at Area Level before the audit on 9th July.
3) Area office will audit the rates on 9th July and will contact hotels with errors in rate loading.
