No differences were found between patient
groups regarding age (t test; P ¼ .170), diagnosis (NSCLC
vs SCLC; chi-square test; P ¼ .395), and the gender (chisquare
test; P ¼ .152). The former oncology treatment
comprised chemotherapy alone in 10 (40%) and 7 (28%)
patients, radiotherapy alone in 8 (32%) and 11 (44%)
patients, chemotherapy with radiotherapy in 3 (12%) and
2 (8%) patients, 4 (16%) and 5 (20%) patients did not receive
oncology treatment at the PCU and home, respectively
