I am receiving quit a number of complaint where KL team has transferred to MNL without any investigate/justified beforehand.
- Transfer without asking customer (Simply check from Chat subject only)
- Accidently transferred (This is unbelievable since the process of transfer a little complex and few session to click on it)
- Simply transferring to MNL (Blur mode)
The above might be only an example based on the complaint from our client, few more that still being compilation in the report.
Please note that start from today, any similarity of the cases happen recur we will proceed penalty and disciplinary action accordingly.
This is very imperative for all of you to practice and I believed that this is not a new process for all, and it should be in practical level already.
