In this research, content analysis studies in the field of scientific resources based on teaching and technology was taken into hand.
These studies were investigated through ‘The Journal of Teaching English with Technology’ (TEwT). Through this journal 103
studies between the years 2008 and 2013 were examined and reviewed. In addition, among these compiled studies were both
lesson plans and book reviews. The obtained data was analyzed by forming a table with various categories. This was individually
analyzed for each year of each study. The main categories were according to the year, department, number of authors, sampling
group, data collective method, type of research, analysis method and the number of references used. As a result, there shows an
interest and increase for the integration of Teaching English with technology for both educators and learners. Due to the rapid
evolution of technology it gives the educators and educator candidates a more wide range of applying technology into their
language teaching environments.
