Every foreign language learners mostly need dictionary in order to check meaning of
the word compared to their mother tongue while they are beginners. Nowadays, along
with the growing of mobile technologies, people tend to using of mobile dictionaries
instead of the traditional paper dictionaries. The most powerful translation
applications like google translator or merriam-webster however don’t support offline
mode because of huge data (e.g. dll dictionary libraries) that is not suitable for mobile
use where a limited resources and capacities are presented [2]. Even in some most
urban places where a strong WiFi connection is available, we still need to use offline
dictionary (e.g. to speed up searching of exact words). Based on previous two main
criteria can be defined for usable mobile dictionary application as following [1]:
1. Support of offline-mode
2. Multiple language options
